Reports to Engineering Manager.
Plan and manage project in accordance withC&S Project Management Modeland comply with the procedure and document requirements set out in C&SQuality Manual. Ensure that the assigned projects are delivered with a highcustomer satisfaction, within the agreedtimeframeand within thebudget. You will play a critical role in Project Management, technology development and assist in managing the engineering resource of the Engineering Department. You are capable of handlingmultiple projects&several projects at the same timewith project engineer supportand you arefully responsible for the successof the project(s).You should coach your team member which is project engineer to fulfill several project at the same time successful.This includes (but are not limited to) formulating project plans, managing contract risk, delegating tasks and coaching the Project Team members. As a key staff in the Engineering Department, you will provide timely decision-making support to the Engineering Manager to meet the Company growth and strategy.
●During the project pre-sales phase involve in quotation and provide sales support to the Sales Team.
●Fully responsible for the Project Management until the project is successfully completed and handed over to the After Sales team.
●Planning, budgeting and communicating Project Management activities, with a focus of overseeing its organization, scheduling and implementation process.
●Provide clear communication to customer and maintain good relationship with them.
●Create a good working environment for Project Team to perform to the best of its technical ability.
●Reports all accident immediately to the Engineering Manager.
●Coach project engineer to fulfill several project at the same time successfully.
●Process and engineering technology as well as project management skill training to junior engineer.
●Submit updated Project Cost analysis on a monthly basis to the Engineering Manager.
●Able to communicate in English.
●Good planning, organizing and coordinating skills.
●Able to handle multiple projects.
●Good communication skills ( with internal staff, customer, and other external parties ).
●Able to foresee problems, take early preventive steps and work under pressure
●Good character ( honest, reliable, with integrity ) and can be the model for the junior staff.

●Has independently handled at least 2 - 3 successful projects.
●Project planning and control : Able to manage multiple projects successfully according to C&S Project Management Model and comply with the procedure and document requirement set out in C&S Quality Manual .
●Ensure projects are managed and executed according to the key phases of the Project Life Cycle.
●Always stay in control of scope, time and cost of the project.
●Ensure timely completion of Project documentation and filing.
●Carry out proper project close down and handover to After Sales..
●Understand C&S Calculation Guideline, quotation and project setup.
●Able to provide Hands-On support to the Project Team members
●Empower the Project Team to make decisions and recommendations
●Understand contract, commercial and financial issues relating to a successful project.
●Exercise good planning, organizing, coordinating and leading skills.
●Develop clear lines of communication within the Project Team and customer.
●Always provide good service to customer, without compromising quality and margin.
●Able to complete project within schedule, at minimum cost and maximum profit.
●Ensure positive cashflow, timely invoicing and timely collection.
●Able to train junior engineers and show good example.
●Compliance to company policy and procedure.
